More model informationI made up this 3D environment in Maya for composite in Premiere/After Effects in a 2D/3D composited animated short film. The first pass uses Arnold Materials and I added an Ambient Occlusion (AO) pass in the film to give the geometry a bit more depth. The mesh smooth approximate function was used on the tree and MASH was used to create the leaves. The scene is relatively low poly at 112k faces (many of which are the leaves which provide cover for lighting).
