You can use it in your own games, animations etc however re-uploading my model to sites such as sketchfab will not be tolerated. I have recently found 9 re-uploads of my original model, most not even recognising me as the original creator. If you do this, you WILL be reported and your upload WILL be taken down. Stealing other peoples work is disgusting and pathetic.
