Blueprint form with a square shape. The pad is composed of two parts. The upper part, with ornament is hardwood, bottom, in which notches for gripping the mold in the hand, is of softwood. 19th century.

Modrotiskařská forma čtvercového tvaru. Podložka je složena ze dvou částí. Horní část, s ornamentem, je z tvrdého dřeva, dolní, ve které jsou zářezy pro uchopení formy do ruky, je ze dřeva měkkého. Ornament je vytvořený dřevořezbou doplněnou mosaznými nýtky. 19. století.
