These huge, chunky aliens are called the Boldurr. They breath through their back holes and eat through their neck - which contracts downwards to allow their upper body to become one big battering ram.

Aided by their thick lower legs providing huge momentum and power, the Boldurr like to tackle their problems head on - literally.
