More model informationA copper-alloy book mount decorated with two overlaid crosses with a central boss. The interlace decoration is raised and the centre probably once held a semi-precious stone. The fitting was originally attached using iron rivets and may have come from a book or chest.
Context: Found north of the abbey church, on the north side of the north transept, on 14 March 1924
