Borean One-Handed Sword

This is a typical one-handed sword used in Borea, a continent/kingdom in my fantasy world Eia. The blade is 75cm (29.5”) long, the grip is 20cm (7.9”) long. The blade is forged from pattern-welded steel (not visible here because FBX doesn’t save procedurally generated textures) and is said to feel quite lively. An unusual feature, which is typical for Borean swords, is the disc guard, which is similar to a tsuba on Japanese katanas. It shows a left-rotating triskel, which in Borean culture is a ward against harm and is supposed to protect the wielder.
