The 2LP(2-Layer Platform) system is a solution designed to produce the bottom parts of desktop products. This system improves quality by setting continuous one-pass paths through a “single stroke” approach that avoids retraction. Additionally, to prevent the start and end points of the Z-axis and printing from being exposed, the system is composed of two layers, with their connection smoothed through a gentle curve to enhance the continuity of the shape. The bottom part is designed to be wider than the top part, fulfilling the platform function, and minimizing the travel distance between the bottom’s endpoint and the top’s starting point by utilizing two different designs.
