The Swordsman Kokuryū’s Prophecy

This is “Yūkan’na Kokuryū” (‘Brave Black Dragon’), a japanese ninjato with a blade length of 74cm and 1.2mm of thickness.

The ancient myth says that Yūkan’na Kokuryū was forged using bones of the old Black Dragon of Shoryudo Cavern, a dark cave of Okinoerabujima, by the hands of the strongest ironsmith, Shōidan.

Whoever holds the sword and has a pure heart, will receive the blessing of Shōidan, and with the spirit of the Black Dragon embedded, the blade will turn blood red, being able to tear the skies with its powerful roar. When the sky where divided in half and the rain of blood begins, the Swordsman Kokuryū’s prophecy will be complete
