Brecon Beacons cirque model 2

This model is part of a long-term research project led by Dr Stephanie Mills in the School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of Plymouth. Stephanie has flown (in sections) a small cirque in the Brecon Beacons using an senseFly EBEE UAV to generate a digital representation that can be used in GIS. The research will focus on understanding the development of these landforms through testing models of snow accumulation, tested against real distribution of snow in winter.
