In this concept, the idea of an apartment building with an exoskeleton structure is developed. The focus is to liberate the apartments of the need to have structural elements that inhibit the freedom to develop the interior spaces. The building is composed of 12 apartments, 4 of them, duplexes, with extremely large balconies, in comparison to the size of each apartment, in order to promote the use, as an outdoor living room.
