More model informationThe bull shark (Charcharhinus leucus) is a shark species found worldwide in shallow, warm waters. Bull sharks can live in both fresh and salt water habitats, and are carnivorous, feeding mainly on bony fish and other sharks, including other bull sharks. Recent research revealed that bull sharks have a bite force of 5,914 newtons, which is, weight for weight, the highest among all cartilaginous fishes known to-date. Bull sharks can have as many as 350 teeth, which are aligned in dozens of rows along the top and bottom jaw.
