More model informationMade with 3ds max, zbrush, 3dcoat, Gimp, Photoshop this project took about two months to complete. Designed for a mobile game it has a decent poly count of 5,016 with handpainted textures on three maps; an AO, Diffuse, and Emmissive. It was a really fun project, and pushed the limits of the poly count I had with all its unique shapes, limbs, and overall design. The concept was to create a spider that was in the shape of a flower dissimilar to most that are just the same color, and hid underground with only its back showing above.
