This is a protest art work/graffitti that was created after Winston Boogie Smith was murdered by US Marshalls and undercover officers AND after Deonna Marie Knajdek was murdered by a white supremacist while protesting the death of Winston Boogie Smith.
Both deaths occurred in Uptown Minneapolis 10 days apart from each other. This piece shows the frustration of the community at being denied a space to mourn the stolen lives, and frustration with law enforcement corruption and a justice system that is perceived to be broken.
Please note: The building is shiny and reflective metal. There are glass windows to the building as well. Because of this, the integrity of the 3D scan is compromised as this is a less than ideal3D scanning object scanned under less than ideal real world conditions.
