Appliqué in the form of a bust with freestanding head. The round bust, straight cut on the back, sits on a double proﬁlierten low bar. The robe is indicated by V-shaped folds. On a slender neck sits the bearded barbarian head which is tilted forward. The mouth is slightly open, the eyelids and brows are strongly accentuated, the pupils are missing. The nose is long and prominent. The barbarian wears a short cut chin beard, the hair is combed in strands from the face. Several transverse grooves at the back of the head can be interpreted as part of the hairstyle or as skin folds. On the back of the bust the remains of an iron plate have been preserved. Bronze; h 4,3 cm; h 3,1 cm; 3rd century AD.
