“The beautiful mosaic floor of the central nave unfolds as a precious oriental carpet, from door to the staircase leading to the presbytery. No church or Romanesque basilica has a more refined floor and most valuable of this, not so much for the extension of the mosaic texture, and disappeared all the portion of the “chorus”, but also because “unique” for design and colors.
