Cadeiriau yr Eisteddfod/Eisteddfod Chair

Mewn eisteddfodau lleol a chenedlaethol, rhoddir cadair fel gwobr am y gerdd orau. Dyma un o’r cadeiriau a enillodd T.E. Nicholas, neu Niclas y Glais, a fagwyd ar lethrau Mynydd Preseli. Rhoddodd Niclas y gadair i’w gapel, Capel Seion, Stryd y Popty, Aberystwyth, ac rydym yn ddiolchgar iawn iddynt am roi caniatâd inni greu’r model hwn ohoni.

In local and national eisteddfodau (Welsh cultural festivals) a chair is given as a prize for the best poem. This is one of the chairs won by T.E. Nicholas or Niclas y Glais, who was born and raised on the slopes of Mynydd Preseli. Niclas donated the chair to his chapel - Capel Seion, Baker Street, Aberystwyth, and we are very grateful to them for giving us permission to create this model.
