Cairnbaan rock art, near panel 1, Kilmartin Glen

These cup and ring markings are situated upon an outcrop a few metres from Panel 1 at Cairnbaan. They likely date to the Neolithic or Early Bronze Age.

The site has wide views overlooking the south-western approach into Kilmartin Glen, and is intervisible with Achnabreck.

I have also uploaded a model without photographic textures which shows the markings more clearly.
