Aparato para medir la duración de una llamada telefónica. Usualmente utilizado en llamadas de larga distancia en donde una palanca era para iniciar el conteo y la otra para detenerlo. Tenía la posibilidad de perforar una tarjeta en donde se indicaba la hora de inicio y terminación de una llamada. / Apparatus for measuring the duration of a telephone call. Usually used on long distance calls where one lever was to start the count and the other to stop it. It had the possibility of punching a card where the start and end time of a call was indicated.
