Neolithic cairn at Camster in North East Scotland. Built around 5,000 years ago it is one of a pair (the other is a round cairn) that are among the oldest sructures in Scotland. Located a short walk from a road the cairns are easily visited and both contain burial chambers that it is possible to enter. Both cairns have been substantially conserved and reconstructed by Historic Scotland.
