In this view the cystotome has been brought back to a proper position after it underran the capsular edge. A youtube video will be coming on this as well. I will post that link when active. The point of this is to show that the surgeon must take care to keep the cystotome in the capsular opening that the edge of the blade is making and not run up under the capsule.
