My friend’s character in our D&D campaign is a Pirate Druid who turns into a crocodile. He has a talking pirate coat (that is actually a mimic) so it can morph and change shape to fit his crocodile form.
This model is 3D Print ready but will need supports for best results.
I actually took two models and mashed them up to create this character so huge credit to the original creators. The 2 original models I used can be found here:

----- UPDATE (October 31st, 2018): ----- After doing a test print I realized that the scale was off for D&D miniatures. I also realized that there were some important things missing and I wanted to make him more of a croc. This latest version includes a tail and claws coming out of his boots as well as a bit more exaggeration in the details to help bring those out during 3D Printing.
