More model informationThis is a wood-burning cast-iron stove from the 1700s or 1800s. It is a big unit that is usually placed within a recess of a wall. This piece has a lot of small details, so to lessen the poly count, I used the floating geometry technique that will be baked into my game res model. I used the tiling technique to texture the wall. I also learned how to offset duplicating UVs to help save UV space and to increase the resolution of my model.
