I have 3Dprinted an earlier file of this so I am sure you can successfully do this if you make it a least 6 inches long to avoid some sections being under 0.5 mm. You should understand that the maker of this file saw new designs as Qualitative Operational Requirement (QOR) and Specific Operational Requirement (SOR) in the 1960’s and as Minimum Essential Needs Statement (MENS) in the 1970’s before their outlines or envelopes were ever first drawn. At one point as David Lewis was moving to General Dynamics (to become chairman) I was not sure who the good guys were. I did meet the engines for this item sitting in the lobbies of two buildings in Palm Beach Gardens and on Beeline Road before they were salvaged and sent into interplanetary space. Billy R. Warner was the Field Representative for these engines in the early 1980’s and I came to know him outside the company where we sought innovative concepts. He had come from Rocketdyne. ULA has 3Dprintable versions of it’s Atlas booster that include this 2nd stage
