Character Concept: Amber

3D Model

My attempt at creating a completely original character, from initial concept sketches all the way to a final 3D model.

This character was made to fit inside a larger world-building concept.

Character Info:

Amber is a wasp-mantis hybrid with the ability to redirect and amplify sound with her antennae. Her weapon doubles as both a lance and a violin bow. She uses the bow to play soothing music that calms beasts so that she doesn’t have to fight them; however, she’s more than willing to point the spear-end at anyone who so much as looks at her funny.

She’s rough, tough, and a little rude at times, but she tries her best to be a valiant knight that protects her kingdom.
