Cereal product from the site of Longeas, a late antique (5th/6th c. CE) dwelling in the ruins of the Roman baths of Cassinomagus. Excavated 1995–2013 under the direction of David Hourcade.

Analyses carried out within the framework of the PEPS blanc CNRS INEE 2016 PANEXPLORE (PI Véronique Matterne). Model processed with CloudCompare and MeshLab.
