Piccola chiesetta situata lungo la strada che porta da Grondona alla frazione di Sezzella. Si pensa ad una origine gotica per la presenza di volte a crociera, anche se l’impianto dell’edificio ed il portale fanno pensare ad un’epoca precedente. Uno studio svolto sugli affreschi e sull’edificio fa emergere una sopraelevazione dei setti murari e della pavimentazione eseguita nel 1638. Conserva pregevoli affreschi del XV-XVI secolo, scoperti nel 1933, attribuiti a Franceschino Boxilio e probabilmente eseguiti nel 1519.

Small country church located along the road that leads from Grondona to Sezzella. We think of a Gothic origin due to the presence of cross vaults, even if the layout of the building and the portal suggest a previous era. A study carried out on the frescoes and the building reveals an elevation of the walls and flooring carried out in 1638. The church preserves valuable frescoes from the 15th-16th centuries, discovered in 1933, attributed to Franceschino Boxilio and probably executed in 1519.
