Chiesa di Santa Agnese 3D Model
The Chapel of St. Agnes is a very small district located in Murgia Timone place of worship, area pertaining to the Environmental Education Center, you can get there from the Belvedere. The church is entirely excavated in the rock and has a masonry facade in which the input port, on it reads is housed “ARM 1884”. The internal structure is composed of a first environment that has aisle function, from here leads to the chorus, which has a ceiling adorned by a cross. Leaning against the wall there is an altar, proceeds entirely from the rock, also at the base of this element has been realized a cross. The apse niche is painted; other traces of frescoes, which are brightly colored, are found in other rooms of the chapel. Outside, to the left of the church, there is a tank which is connected to a water system consists of a channel and a hot cut into the rock, these elements served to the ingress of rainwater and to lead it from the overlying plateau.
