Centaurs are mythological creatures from Greek mythology with the upper body of a human and the lower body and legs of a horse. Chiron was called as the “wisest and justest of all the centaurs”. A great healer, astrologer, and respected oracle, Chiron was said to be the first among centaurs and highly revered as a teacher and tutor. Among his pupils were many culture heroes such as Jason.
