Cist at Craig-na-feich, Achavanich (Ava's cist)

I know this model doesn’t look very good; but give me a second. The dataset I used to create this was made in 1987, and was never intended to be used for this purpose. Using these historical, archive images of this cist burial has allowed me to recreate the 3D shape of the burial cist. This cist was created around 4,250 years ago during the Scottish Chalcolithic. The individual buried here, now known as ‘Ava’ (an abbreviation of the place she was found), has been extensively research in the Achavanich Beaker Burial project, see here: https://achavanichbeakerburial.wordpress.com/
