Dennis and I found a steamer 20 miles off Oswego on June 2, 2024 that we believed to be the T.J. Waffle. In May of 2025 the Lake Guardian was on the lake with NOAA and its partners at the Ocean Exploration Cooperative Institute and the University of Rhode Island when they found another steamer and after extensive research that one prove to be the actual T. J. Waffle. So the steamer we found on June 2 of 2024 is most likely the City of New York more research is ongoing. For more on the discoveries go to https://sonarguy.com
