This modified Cloud7 Chariot is powered by a NuclearArc Collider and built to tame methane storms in the Alpha-Sol System Competition.
Concept Overview: Developed for Titan’s cryogenic plains, Cloud8 is an adaptive racer designed to cut through orange haze and liquid hydrocarbon fog. Its multi-phase ionic core harvests charge differentials from Titan’s dense atmosphere, converting static storms into forward thrust. Pilots describe it as “riding lightning through soup.” Cloud8’s fluid form morphs mid-race, contouring itself against wind vortices measured in real time by swarm drones.
Design + Development Notes: Modeled in Rhino for continuous surface integrity, with a lattice chassis generated from Titan’s low-grav load requirements. Rendered in KeyShot to emphasize refracted amber reflections and the subtle frost accretion over composite skin. Every line follows the flow-field analysis — art born directly from aerodynamic pressure mapping.
