Kilbride 13 lies in its original context as a rock with cup marks. It can be found in rough grazing land at NR 85534 97823. The panel is in an irregular rectangular shape. It is quite small and measures 1.4 metres in length, 1.3 metres in width and has a height of 0.4 metres. The panel slopes gently to the South-West at 20 degrees. The rock has a smooth surface and is medium grained, hard schist. There are two fissures which intersect on the side surface facing North. There are three cup marks near each other which form a triangular shape. There are also two possible cup marks and a potential ring. There is some evidence of peck marks, however it is difficult to tell as the surface is slightly weathered.
