Located 70m NW of the roadside panel at Ballybane West-01 (‘Rock of the Rings’; SMR CO131-040). This model is not scaled and originally served as a test case - it is scheduled to be recaptured in more favourable conditions. The model opens aligned approx. N/S (top/bottom) and is focussed on a series of motifs in the SE quadrant of the large Ballybane West-02 panel. Rock-art at Derreennaclogh is some 2.1km to NW.
