Coffin of Pharaoh Amenhotep I 3D Model
Wooden coffin of Pharaoh Amenhotep I of the 18th Dynasty in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo, Egypt. This coffin is the one in which his body was recovered in the Royal Mummy Cache in tomb DB320 in 1881. However, it is a replacement coffin, having been origianlly made for a priest by the name of Djehutymose. The inscription down the front of the coffin calls upon the god Osiris-Wennefer to provide offerings of bread, beer, oxen, fowl, and all good and pure things to Amenhotep I.
Created from 284 photographs (Canon EOS Rebel T5i) using Metashape 1.5.4. The base of the coffin was not available for scanning and has been recreated using Meshmixer 3.5
