Colchester Point Wreckage 4-7-23

This model is of a piece of vessel structure that washed up on shore on Colchester Point, VT, in the Spring of 2023. The structure was partially submerged in the breaking waves when photographed, and the back side of the structure was not accessible as it was in the “surf.”

Initial analysis suggests that it is one end of a 19th century scow or barge.
