This model is dated to 29th September 2025 following consolidation works by Heritage Consolidation Ltd and Doonan Architects This ruined sandstone, two-storey building is set into the slope along the southern flank of the track which runs past the level and mine shop. It sits 100m from the mine shop and is orientated north-west-south-east, parallel with the track, and is about 6m square. Originally accommodation, this building in its later years was converted to a powder house.
