Commanded Wither in CWSM

The Commanded Wither as it appears in Cracker’s Wither Storm Mod. In phase 0, it looks like a Wither and acts like one, but it has a command block and it can suck in blocks. It boasts 300 health points in phases 0 to 3.5.
