Single-use kit for CAR-T cells manufacturing in a Conical perfusion Bioreactor is the next generation of the closed-loop automated system capable of executing the protocol step-by-step with high precision and control over the parameters.

The Control Station provides continuous monitoring and control of the cell cultivation process in a connected bioreactor. The device is compact and fits on a laboratory bench. The Control Tower is tracking the readings from the sensors both in real-time and in the form of historical graphs during the process. The sensors for pH, DO and biomass are built into the device and do not require additional hardware or software, and simple operations - for example, the intensity of rotation of the blades or topping up the medium - are automatically controlled by the station.

The solution is suitable for all MIRCOD BIOTECH bioreactors. By combining the Control Tower with the Cooling Compartment and Gas Station, the operator gets a single coordinated biotechnological system.
