This past weekend I participated in the Global Game Jam, an event where people interested in game development reunites to create temporary teams to create a game in just 48 hours.
I was very lucky, and joined a team with three very talented developers. I was in charge of the whole 3D environment, and here is the result. In the end, the game took around 15-20 hours from scratch, a bit more than the time we were allowed to stay at our host place.
In our game, you control 4 spirits, and they have to help the character reach the end of the stage. The green soul calls the character, making him move until he reaches its position; the red one can poses some props to create platforms, bridges, or just take boxes out of the way; the yellow one pushes the character to the right, while the blue one makes him jump when he makes contact with them.
