The 40 ft schooner CORA W. POST, had a gross tonnage of 13.12 GT and was built in 1875 in Little Sodus, New York. It is not recorded what date it sank, but on a fateful night, the CORA POST was sailing up the St. Lawrence river with a cargo of 15,000 bricks. The vessel had no running lights. In the darkness, the steamer PRINCESS LOUISE collided with the schooner, causing it to rapidly sink in 30 feet of water. The crew of the CORA POST escaped to the steamer. The model was created from 342 images shot on a Olympus Em1 mk2 with an 8mm lens shot by Matthew Charlesworth in the 2024 season.
