Coral Reef Inspection with Hydrus - Grate

Advanced Navigation’s micro-AUV, Hydrus is able to capture high resolution coral reef imagery.

Following its mission, Hydrus can be recovered by a single person before downloading the captured data using wifi. Final data processing was performed in Agisoft Metashape, where a 3D mesh was reconstructed using Structure from Motion (SfM) photogrammetry.
