St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in D’Hanis, TX was constructed in two phases between 1853 and 1870. Its cornerstone, located at the bottom southwest corner of the larger limestone structure completed in 1870, once showed the carved image of a cross and the date 1868. Its current condition reflects years of erosion and vandalism.
Model created by P. Markert in March 2024.
