Crkvina in Milavići, near Bileća, BiH3D Model
Crkvina in Milavići near Bileća is one of the largest necropolises with stećci. According to the latest records, there are more than 390 stećci here. Most of the stećci at he site are in the form of plates and chests. The monuments are mainly oriented in the west-east direction and placed in regular rows in relation to that direction. More than 30 are decorated. The most numerous decorative motifs are frizes, borders and crosses, which are most often anthropomorphic in appearance. Among the human figures, scenes of dancing, hunting and two human figures are represented. One chest has an interesting epitaph written on all four vertical sides. The necropolis can be dated to the second half of the 14th and the beginning of the 15th century.
