This is my version of Big finishes Dalek Time Strategist who appears in the 8th doctors Time war sereis and the War Doctors boxsets. The best Dalek character that has been created for doctor who, who should of crossed over from the audios to the TV. While there is offical designs for him, i have done my own version and made a few tweaks. I made the neck bin more armored as on the original i viewed that as a weakness and i altered to solar panels as well.
