Power Plant Equipment deaerator, rated for 50 PSI, and designed for 300,000 PPH (lbs/hr) boiler operation. Unit is completely pre-piped, and skid mounted. Unit disassembles in 2 sections for shipping purposes and must be assembled on site. Deaerators are used to mechanically remove dissolved gases (particularly oxygen) from boiler feedwater. Dissolved CO2 is essentially completely removed by deaeration. This helps protect steam systems from corrosion caused by these gases. Adding a deaerator to your steam system can greatly increase the life expectancy of your equipment.
