Deciduous Tree 01

3D Model

This is a Deciduous Tree that I modeled in 3ds max, and textured in Photoshop. The normals have been fixed so leaves are properly lit under various lighting conditions.

The model was created with the help of a tutorial on Pluralsight titled, “Creating Low Poly Trees in 3ds Max.” This course was very helpful and great for making low-poly trees that are ready for use in videogames.

A real-life tree was used as a reference to create this tree. The front view is identical to the reference tree, while the side view is all theoretical and approximated because I only had one reference picture to work from.
