https://deeppbr.io is a new project/service by Simon Che de Boer and realityvirtual.co that:

automatically creates physically accurate contextually aware textures from just a single photograph. 3D scene creation for gaming and VFX never got so easy. Material creation now encourages you to explore the world,  get out there, take some photos.

The service is in beta and being updated all the time, but I quickly grabbed 3 images with my Pixel 3a while out and about to see what it can do today with sub-optimal input.
