I created this personal project in order to improve on my handpainted skills and how to better integrate them with pbr. This piece was inspired by some of the games that have most impacted my art such as Wayfinder and Sea of Thieves. What has also motivated me to do a handpainted skull was the amazing work of Andrey Naydyushkin.
