Derrynablaha 307 (Iveragh Peninsula, Co. Kerry)Your model is disabled. For more details go to Edit properties3D Model
Large boulder located on the edge of the crown of the hill. Visible from some parts of the bottom of the valley. The motifs are quite weathered and difficult to visualise. This rock was the last panel to be surveyed during the fieldwork campaign, in quite dark conditions as it had (finally) stopped raining. Despite the poor quality (note: this is a decimated model), it is still possible to identify a number of carvings that had previously been unoticed.
This is 307 from O’Sullivan, A.; Sheehan, J. (1996) The Iveragh Peninsula. An Archaeological survey of South Kerry. Cork: Cork University Press.
