Desimal (they/them) is an urban scavenger whom escaped military service. As a runaway, they’ve encountered both friends and enemies. Though, it was through the kindness of others that they have found a life worth living in New Amsterdam. __ Two of the four outfits are references to Mirror’s Edge and Portal. I also setup this character to be used in VRChat, which can be briefly seen in the video. c:
